REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds & Returns

We allow returns within a 14-day period, whatever your return reason may be. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily accept your return. You will have another 14 days to deliver the return back to us. Please return the product in protective packaging (if not the product can get damaged, reducing the refund amount), you will be responsible for the shipping service and cost. After we receive the product back we will refund you the original amount.

 

Exchanges

If for example the wrong size was ordered, you can exchange it for another size (if stock availability allows). After the original product is returned to us, we will send out a replacement in the requested size. All returns postage costs will be at your expense.
